Midday Saturday: Leave pining husband and dog solemnly promise to ring when I arrive in Canberra.
1pm: Meet Carmel, get slightly lost (Our navigator was being uncooperative) but eventually find Highway.
Approx 4pm: Arrive Leonies place, Meet Kirsten, Bryson, Murray.
5pm: The very vivacious and dynamic Plaxy arrives with bags full of biodynamic everything and starts whipping up a storm.
6.30: Julianne arrives with huge bottle of bourbon.
7pm: Alex arrives.
7.30pm: Distraught husband speaks to Leonies husband Bryson. Thinks I have been slaughter by evil forces as I was so excited. that I completely forgot to ring and announce my safe arrrival.
7.35pm: I feel bad for 5 minutes.
7.36pm: resume having fun and forget home again.....
... It gets a bit blurry between then and midnight. Alex will tell us in Chapter 2.
8.30am Sunday: Ring husband and wake him up ...Oooops I 'm not doing too well with the long distance spousal communication.

Leonie has lots of beautiful old furniture. She seems to colect china and figurines. AShe has lots of old photos hanging in her hallway. Her husband Bryson is a real sweety.
We met Alex's little girl Clare and her step son Ben and saw photos of her very gorgeous dog.
A lot of what happened was just very natural interraction among women who by and large felt as though they had known each other a long time.
