Health and Fitness? What's up with that!?
~~~~~~~~~~ya, well fitness and health comes in many guises ~~~~~~~~~~ ~* Who Am I? *~ I am a woman who: ~*~ lived 2 years in England, 23 years in Canada, 16 years in Haïti, and is now back in Canada ~~ gave birth to, and raised 4 children who fascinate and move me ~~ has been married for 23 years ~*~ has a degree in Phys Ed and in Education ~~ is in the middle of a degree in Theology ~~ is about to begin a teaching contract after 20 years of volunteering and substituting ~*~has made a few big mistakes in her life ~~ has flourished in the love of a few really remarkable friends, one of whom has been Scott my husband ~*~ believes that there is more mystery than certainty in faith; likes! certainty, (smile) ~~ has mistaken "head-in-cloud" for mystery ~*~ wonders if 'till death do us part' is a viable thing to say at any age to anyone ~~ ~*~has changed over 70 flat tires ~*~eats anything, but thinks "dessert" first ~*~loves grid paper!
~*My Worries *~ !!! that I don't have enough re$ource$ to be old, only enough years.....and.. !!!that I am unable to be objective enough about my subjective needs to get them looked after creatively and well ~* My Hopes *~ +++that between waiting for something to happen, and forcing something to happen, is a glorious (but precarious) place of attending to something happening.... and +++ that all-I-was-created-to-be is still! a work-in-progress My Favorite Links:
