- Accounting Coordinator
The Accounting Coordinator will perform the processing of general
bookkeeping, processing payroll through a third-party service,
invoicing, collections, and internal expense reports. Will reconcile
books on a monthly and assist Accounting Manager as required.
We're looking for a self-starter who is able to work independently within a
fast paced, team environment. Candidates should possess the ability to prioritize
with minimal supervision and keep manager appraised during the process. They
should also possess an attention to details and the ability to communicate
effectively with manager and team. The position will report to the accounting
manager.

- Message Board Hosts
For women who would like to volunteer a couple of hours a week to take a
leadership role coordinating one or several community message boards
in a given topic they love. Includes keeping the boards clear of
inappropriate messages, making new-comers feel welcomed, encouraging
participation, and facilitating any conflict resolutions. Helps to
build your online community skills and portfolio of experience.

- Campaign Coordinator
The Campaign Coordinator is responsible for overall campaign coordination and
management. Working hand-in-hand with the sales force and the Traffic
Coordinator, the Campaign Coordinator also oversees the quality assurance arm of
campaign delivery.
Includes setting up and scheduling campaigns, including registering agency,
setting up required filters, and loading creative. Checking inventory with
Traffic Coordinator prior to making campaign changes. Troubleshooting rich-media
with advertisers and ad agencies. Loading banner creatives and making creative
changes. Making campaigns go live. Analyzing campaign performance and making
recommendations to Traffic Coordinator and Sales for campaign modifications.
Communicating with Advertiser/Agency on production issues. Advising Accounting of
billing changes and/or issues.
Requires 2+ years experience including HTML, Javascript, and Java. Familiarity
with VBScript, Active Server Pages, CGI and/or Perl is a plus as is familiarity
in working with relational databases (SQL). Prior experience working with ad
management systems such as DART, Atlas, Mediaplex is helpful.

- Sales Account Coordinator
You will be responsible for:
- Insertion Order: Issue IO or check over and sign IO. Communicate with client about
any changes/additions/deletions. If we issue IO make sure it comes back signed.
- Creative: Follow up to obtain creative. Transmit advertising creatives to Production
for posting. Coordinate between client and Production for any
changes/additions/deletions. Verify that campaigns have been implemented properly
and validate all links and redirects are working.
- Campaign Maintenance: Work with client and production on any issues relating to
ongoing campaigns. Work with Production and client to help maximize advertising
campaign effectiveness. Alert and follow-up with Production, Sales, and Finance as
necessary when advertising campaign start and end dates change from stated Insertion
Order.
- Site Communications: Work with sales and represented web sites to inquire about
specific sales opportunities or issues pertaining to ongoing campaigns. Create
repository of specific site information about site offerings beyond banner
opportunities such as buttons, newsletters, etc.
You must know what it takes to exceed the expectations of our clients and
facilitate the sales effectiveness of Sales Account Managers. You must possess
excellent phone skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, be extremely
organized, and have strong attention to detail. Your ability to work well as a team
player, be flexible, and perform well under pressure and tight deadlines will serve
you well in this position. Previous online advertising industry experience important.
A non-technical users' knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access and UNIX is helpful but not
required.
